Participation Terms

Applications for 2011 MIPS Contest are accepted before February 2011

1. A company may apply for participation in the contest in no more than two nominations.
2. Applications are accepted only in strict accordance with the provided format including the name of the key distributor.
3. Video material not longer than 5 minutes should be submitted on a CD demonstrating the essence of the application in the following way:
• a slide show with accompanying sound
• video materials with accompanying sound

Procedure for Holding the Contest

All applications for participation in the Contest as they are submitted will be placed at the Web site of the exhibition (the name of the company and the name of the product).

Winners of the Contest, upon the Jury discretion, will have an opportunity to make their presentations at the Conference held alongside the exhibition.

Summarizing of the Contest results will be carried out in two stages:

• for participants which have a representation in Moscow — before February 2011
• for participants from other cities — before April 2011

Participants of the Contest must be ready to make a brief report on the product (up to 5 minutes) including demonstration of visual or video materials and to answer Jury's questions.

Participants will be informed additionally about the location and timing of the announcement of results of the Contest.

Winners of the Contest must be ready, upon an invitation of the Contest Jury, to make a presentation (up to 20 minutes) about the innovation product at the conference held alongside MIPS 2010 exhibition.

Awarding ceremony will take place at the Gala recetion.
