MIPS
2010 Statistics
As
the leading event for the industry, MIPS features
thousands of international and domestic exhibitors
every year. In 2010, the event showcased products
and services from 328 exhibitors. MIPS also
welcomed a visitor attendance of 21,160.
A large part of the
growth must be attributed to the increased demand
for security products in Russia and a growing
number of international companies entering the
market. In 2010, out of all exhibitors, 25%
were international companies, who represented
25 countries worldwide. This confirms that the
Russian security market continues to grow significantly
despite the recent turbulent economy conditions.
